This image is a standard manual presidential prompter. Telescript Public speaking Systems have been around for decades and have proven to be the most reliable system for conferences, award ceremonies and corporate events. This model telescript public speaking system utilizes telescoping poles, manually set to the height that best accommodates your speaker. The reflective glass can be adjusted for best viewing angle accomodating speakers slightly taller than six and a half feet. The glass comes with different reflectivity levels dependent upon the on the application. Interior reflectivity, for ballrooms and indoor events. Exterior level reflectiveness for outdoor speaking engagements. So when ordering, please let us know if your event is interior or exterior. This will help to make your event successful.
Our Public speaking systems come with 15′”, 17″ or 19″ monitors, High Bright, up to 1500 nit, if exterior. Let us know if you have a preferred monitor size. The monitors are low profile HD LCD’s with multi-format input. They lay horizontal two inches off the stage on a custom stand with what we call a surround, surrounding the monitor. A suuround is baffle surounding the monitor that keeps the monitor discreet so the audience doesn’t see or isn’t distracted by the prompted text. This allows the speaker to engage with the audience as they look through the glass, set to the front of both sides of the lectern, reading the prompted text as the audience forgets the barely noticeable glass and stands are there, and engage with the speaker.
In addition to the Presidential prompter, all our presidential prompter packages come with two computers, telescript software, scroll controllers, and a switcher to switch between the laptops. We typically include the cables to connect it all as well. Our seasoned technicians are experienced and have the know-how to set it all up and provide a smooth confident experience for your speaker.
